He really went above and beyond to look after us. Our heater stopped working in the middle of winter and Jordan had the new one installed within 3 weeks. All I can say is from the initial call to the final installation, the entire process was professional with high attention to detail. Everyone I dealt with Josh/Jordan and the install team all had great communication and were friendly to deal with. The biggest credit to them, was the confidence to leave them to access the house while I was at work. House was left spotless both days and even checked in to make sure we were happy with how things were left. City Wide Air installed a Mitsubishi Electric 1-to-4 multi-split air conditioner for us. The technical installation staff was very serious, standardized and professional. They listened to the customer's ideas patiently. After the installation was completed, they also cleaned the room very carefully.
