We've had ongoing issues with our ducted system ever since our house was built, and multiple companies have looked at it without success. This week we called in the team from City Wide Air, and they sorted everything out.  An engineer assessed the situation first, then they opened up a few areas to fully investigate, provide a proper diagnosis, and outline clear options. Their technicians then fixed the entire system over two days and finished by vacuuming so everything was left neat and clean. We now have excellent airflow throughout our two-storey house, and the cost was surprisingly low. Jordan was great to deal with in terms of the consultation phone call, the house visit, and discussions of what units and what power output was optimal for the rooms. Communication was easy and prompt. In terms of the installation, Josh, Cam and the team were professional and did the works well. I was contacted about any issues or additional works which was nice.
